Continuing with our monthly 'Spotlight On' story about a member of our team, this month it's the turn of Senior Consultant, Matthew Green and his thoughts 9 Years since joining the Venture 1 Team.
Looking back at your time spent at Venture 1, what have been your best highlights so far?
Being given the opportunity to grow on a personal and technical level. I love a challenge and Venture 1 has given me the most challenging tasks/clients imaginable.
What new skills have you learnt?
My skills in cryptography such as Certificate Services and VPN solutions have been pushed to very high standards, which in turn has allowed us to win many new contracts.
As a high functioning Autistic, my people skills have improved vastly by working with many different people at many different levels from technician to CEOs and in many different industries.
How would you describe Venture 1 to someone?
A fantastic company that allows you to grow but moulds you into the best that you can be, fun, quirky and at times maybe a bit too alcoholic :)
What are you most looking forward to about the year ahead?
I never need to look forward as every day at Venture 1 is a new day filled with new opportunities.
